Stunning chicken drumsticks — getting ready for the New Year table
A chicken according to this recipe is simply impossible to spoil, and even the most inexperienced housewife will manage it. The lower legs are juicy and perfect for the New Year’s table. They look beautiful and will become his real decoration.
- 1.5 kilograms of chicken
- 3 tablespoons of starch
- 20 grams of ginger
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of balsamic sauce
- 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 200 milliliters of beer
Getting Started Cooking
- Put the legs in a bowl, sprinkle with starch, carefully rub and rinse under running water. And then dry with a towel and slightly beat off with a rolling pin.
- On each lower leg we make 2 -3 incisions on each side and transfer to a bowl.
- Peel ginger, cut into large pieces and put in the meat. There we send garlic, sliced in kurpny slices. Add salt, balsamic sauce, soy sauce to the meat and mix. Then we cover everything with cling film and leave for 1 hour.
- Pour beer into the multicooker bowl and put the prepared meat with marinade. Cover and set the mode «Frying» for 30 minutes. After the allotted time, the dish is ready, you can serve it to the table. If you do not have a slow cooker, then shins can be fried in a deep pan.
