Хумус из красной фасоли

Recipe for preparation:

        

 

We pour the liquid from the beans, but do not pour it, but leave it — if necessary, we will add it to the mass if it is dry.

 

Put the beans, tahini, garlic and salt in a bowl.

 

 

Grinding with a blender.

 

 

In the process, if necessary, add the liquid from the beans.

 

Serve with fresh vegetables, pita or tandoor flat cake.
