Recipe for preparation:

        

 

We wash bulgur and pour boiling water.

 

 

Cover and leave until the liquid is completely absorbed. Cool down.

 

 

We remove coarse stems from parsley, chop finely. Cut the tomato and cucumber into a small cube. Put in a bowl at the bulguru.

 

 

Add lemon juice, salt and oil. Mix.

 

 

We serve.
